I know how hard it is to take the first steps to approve your self-esteem; once you can allow yourself to start building self-esteem it will become easier to the tasks. I had really low self-esteem just after I leave high school. I did not know how badly this would affect my college life. After my first year of college, and not making any new friends, I realised that I needed to start working on myself. I started really small, and slowly worked up to larger goals. I don’t have the highest self-esteem, but I got to the self-esteem I wanted.
